Glasgow-Imrie (pancreas): PaO2 under 8 kPa, Age over 55, Neutrophils WBC over 15, Calcium under 2 mmol/L, Renal urea over 16, Enzymes LDH over 600, Albumin under 32 g/L, Sugar glucose over 10. Scored at 48 hours, so it predicts rather than describes - which is why serial assessment beats a single early number. A score of 3 or more predicts severe disease.
