This tool reports kidney function only. It deliberately does not calculate a dose: no single percentage scale applies across drugs.

Classifies kidney function by creatinine clearance and lists the questions to answer for the drug in hand. It does NOT calculate a dose. Renal adjustment differs in kind between drugs - a lower dose, a longer interval, both, or outright avoidance - so no single scale can be applied across them.
