How it is calculated
Wells score for DVT, all ten criteria including previously documented DVT. This tool uses the original three-level split: low 0 or less, moderate 1-2, high 3 or more. Many services now use the two-level version instead, where 2 or more is "DVT likely" and 1 or less is "DVT unlikely" - check which one your local pathway is written around, because the same points lead to different actions.
